Requesting an assessment

When you submit the assessment form, the fields included in your request are sent to Happiest Labs through Formspree, the form service used for this request. These include your contact and company details, role, annual AI spend range, primary inference setup, and US business confirmation. If you complete the optional technical brief, it also includes your providers and models, workflow and volume, and quality or response-time requirements.

The request can also include a random request identifier, available campaign and referral context, and your optional answer about how you heard about us. Happiest Labs uses this information to respond to your assessment or demo inquiry and understand how people find this service. Please provide only high-level summaries. Do not include invoices, logs, prompts, credentials, or confidential business data; this form has no file-upload feature. Any later exchange of redacted technical summaries should use a channel and scope agreed with your team.

Formspree processes form submissions under its own privacy policy.

Browser session information

We use browser session storage to carry campaign labels, known pages on this site, and the referring website’s domain from your first and most recent arrival to the request form. We strip other query parameters and do not store full referral URLs, raw contact details, or raw technical form responses in browser storage. These session records expire after 24 hours. A random request identifier and a SHA-256 fingerprint derived from your submitted answers are retained while a request is pending. The fingerprint lets an unchanged retry reuse its identifier while edited answers receive a new one. The fingerprint stays in browser session storage and is not sent with the form. Both values are cleared when the form service accepts the request.

Campaign attribution is skipped when your browser enables Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. The form remains available if browser storage is blocked.

Technical data and other websites

We have not added third-party analytics trackers or advertising cookies to this site. Hosting and form providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver their services.

If you choose to book a call, the booking link opens Cal.com, which handles the information you provide there. We do not put your assessment answers into the booking URL. This notice covers this website, not the behavior of the Happiest Labs application. Links to other websites are subject to those websites' own practices.
